At the 11th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 13 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved：

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report
2. to revise management rules for previously-raised funds
3. to invest up to RMB 200 mln in Haitong Collective Asset Management Plan, equal to 5% of total investment
The company will not withdraw funds within the duration of the investment vehicle, but makes no commitment on earnings or principal recovery to other investors.
