Nanjing Goldwind Project Investment Boost

At the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 14 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to adjust investment amounts in the MW-scale Permanent-magnet Wind Turbine Generator project located in Inner Mongolia Goldwind Science and Technology Co., Ltd.
2. to found Nanjing Goldwind Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name) for the construction of the MW-scale Wind Turbine project
3. to boost the registered capital of Beijing Goldwind Kechuang Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, for the construction of a 2.5 MW wind turbine
4. to replenish idle-raised funds to supplement working capital
5. to elect directors of the company
6. to elect supervisors of the company
7. to revise the Articles of Association of the company
8. a proposal related to audit fees for 2008
9. to revise rules for information disclosure
