At the 2nd Meeting of the 15th Board of Directors, held on 1 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract, the 2008 Financial Statement
2. the 1H 2008 Profit Distribution Scheme
The company does not plan to distribute profit nor allot stock dividends from its capital reserve for 1H 2008.

3. rules of independent directors
4. to revise management measures for information disclosure
5. a report on the possible misappropriation of non-operational funds by major shareholders and its related parties
