At the 4th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors and the 3rd Meeting of the 5th Board of Supervisors, both held on 8 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to make a provision for asset impairment for 1H 2008
3. a report related to write-offs of the company's fixed assets for 1H 2008
4. to regulate employment of senior managers
