Shares Held by Controlling Shareholder Frozen

Pursuant to a civil ruling, 10 mln restricted shares of the company, currently held by Jingdezhen Coking Coal Gas General Factory, the controlling shareholder of the company, were frozen from 22 Jul 2008 to 21 Jul 2009, as well as related bonus shares and alloted shares during the period.
