3Q 2008 Financial Results Projection Approved

At the 7th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 6 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. a projection of 3Q 2008 financial results
In consideration of severe competition and market environment, the company's net profit for the period from January to September 2008 is projected to be approximately RMB 45 mln.
