At the 1st Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors and the 5th Board of Supervisors, both held on 5 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to elect He Zhiliang as Chairman of the 5th Board of Directors
2. to elect Gao Kang as Vice Chairman of the 5th Board of Directors and appoint him as the president of the company and to appoint Wang Jun as the Secretary of the Board of Directors
3. to elect Chen Xinzhong as Chairman of the 5th Board of Supervisors
