Cui Named as Sponsor Representative

The company recently received written notice from Jinyuan Securities Co., Ltd., the company's sponsoring institution, stating that Sun Lijun, the company's sponsor representative in charge of corporate share reform would no longer hold his position. Cui Jianmin has been appointed as his replacement and will henceforth be responsible for the supervision and oversight of matters related to corporate share reform.
