Possible Funds Misappropriation Report Approved

At the 9th Extraordinary Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, held on 25 Jul 2008, a self-inspection report on the possible misappropriation of funds by major shareholders and related parties was examined and approved.

Following the self-inspection, the company confirms that since 2006, no non-operating funds have been misappropriated by the company's major shareholders or related parties, and no funds have been misappropriated through unfair related-party transactions.
