According to a notice from the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shanghai branch, due to the insolvency Minfa Securities Co., Ltd., the 20,995,200 tradable shares and 30,466,800 restricted shares of the company as well as related yields of the shares, currently held by Tongling Jinda Copper Material (Group) Co., Ltd., the company's second-largest shareholder, have been frozen by Fuzhou Intermediate People’s Court of Fujian Province for a term from 28 Jul 2008 to 28 Jul 2010.
