Cui Named as Sponsor Representative

On 29 Jul 2008, the company received a notice from Goldstate Securities Co., Ltd., the company's sponsoring institution, stating that Sun Lijun, the company's sponsor representative in charge of corporate share reform, would no longer hold his position. Cui Jianmin has been appointed as his replacement and will henceforth be responsible for the supervision and oversight of matters related to corporate share reform.
