According to an announcement issued on 4 Jun 2008 by Fujian Yili Power Science & Technology Co., Ltd., the company’s second-largest shareholder, 2,607,654 shares of the company, equal to a 2.74% stake, were sold on 4 Jun 2008. A notice received on 22 Jul 2008 from Fujian Yili Power states that 1,303,450 shares of the company, equal to a 1.36% stake, were sold by Fujian Yili Power between 4 Jun 2008 and 22 Jul 2008.

A total of 3,911,104 shares of the company have thus been sold by Fujian Yili Power. As a result, Fujian Yili Power currently holds 20,146,803 shares of the company, equal to a 16.63% stake, including 14,537,599 restricted shares and 5,609,204 tradeable shares.
