Private Placement Scheme Approved

At the 2nd 2008 Special General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 25 Jul 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. a proposal related to the company’s qualification for private placement
2. a scheme related to the company's 2008 private placement
3. a report on the use of previously-raised funds
4. a feasibility study on projects to be financed with funds raised via the 2008 private placement
5. to request a general meeting of shareholders to authorize the board of directors to address issues related to the above-mentioned private placement
