In a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 20 June 2008, the company announced that it will issue RMB 2.7 bln in 5-year corporate bonds. The bonds will be issued with a fixed rate to be decided following negotiations between the company and its sponsors.

Original shareholders of the company are not entitled to subscribe to the bonds. No call or put clauses will be included as part of the issuance.
