On 26 June 2008, the company announced that Hunan Poly Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, won a bid for a housing and commercial land plot for the price of RMB 821.90 mln. The land, covering an area of 549,810 sq. metres, is located in the Changsha High-tech Lugu Industrial Park, Hunan Province.
