SJM Holdings Ltd., which had planned to list on 10 July 2008, has postponed its listing date to 16 July 2008 due to a judicial review, causing Shun Tak Holdings Ltd., one of its shareholders, to decrease by 2.1% to HKD 6.11 on the morning of 9 July.

Other gaming stocks posted gains in the same trading session. The company asserted that it will delay its Hong Kong IPO since a judicial review sought by He Wanqi is now ongoing and it has not yet received any rulings from related authorities.
