1st 2008 EGM on 21 Jul 2008

At the 16th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 3 Jul 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to nominate Cao Jianglin, Wang Bing, Jia Tongchun, Cui Lijun, Chang Zhangli, Zhang Nailing for the position of Directors on the 4th Board of Directors and to nominate Xu Jingchang, Qin Qinghua and Zheng Jiayun for the position of Independent Directors on the 4th Board of Directors
The nomination was made by China National Building Material Co. Ltd, a shareholder of the company with over a 5% stake
2. to hold the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 21 Jul 2008
Proposal 1 will be submitted to the meeting for further examination.
