The company and China Merchants Investment Co. Ltd, both as shareholders of China Merchants Maritime & Logistics Co. Ltd (CMML), plan to jointly increase registered capital of CMML from RMB 300 mln to RMB 400 mln, based upon existing proportional contributions.

Consequently, the company will contribute RMB 40 mln and continue to hold a 40% stake in CMML, while China Merchants Investment will continue to hold a 60% stake.

To date, the company has completed the payment and an increase in capital is not to be seen in the future.
