Registered Capital of Subsidiary Increases by RMB 38.22 Mln

At the 1st Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, held on 18 Jul 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to elect Li Kaimin as Chairman of the 5th Board of Directors and Zhang Yuming as Chairman of the 5th Board of Supervisors
2. to appoint Dai Shoulun as president of the company, Wan Yinjuan as secretary of the board of directors, Du Zhengxiu as compliance officer while he concurrently holds the position of general manager of shareholder relations
3. to revise the management measures for information disclosure
4. a self-inspection report on the possible misappropriation of funds and the Report on Rectification of Corporate Governance
5. to increase the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Space Star Technology Co., Ltd., by RMB 38.22 mln with the purpose of integrating its satellite application businesses and related assets
