UBS Increases Company's EPS Estimate

The United Bank of Switzerland Group said it will increase the company's EPS estimate from HKD 2.65 to HKD 2.75 for 2009 and from HKD 2.65 to HKD 2.76 for 2010, while maintaining the EPS estimate of HKD 3.71 for 2008, in order to reflect the company's takeover of the power distribution network project from New Zealand Wellington. UBS maintains a 'neutral' rating for the company, with a target price of HKD 47.50, considering 9% ROIC and 3% long-term growth until 2015.
