In order to improve the company’s management of information disclosure, ensure the implementation of its information disclosure system, and protect the interests of the company, its shareholders, creditors and related-parties, the company has formulated the Management Measures on Information Disclosure, in compliance with the Company Law of the PRC, the Securities Law of the PRC, the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Administrative Measures on Information Disclosure of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
