General Elections of Boards Approved

At the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 18 Jul 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to replace certain implementing bodies of certain projects to be financed with raised funds
2. to retain China Rightson Yuehua Certified Public Accountants as the company’s auditor for 2008
3. general elections of the board of directors and the board of supervisors
