The company announced that it has generated 17.14 bln kWh in the first half of 2008, decreasing by 0.41% YOY. Of the 17.14 bln kWh, 6.93 bln kWh comes from the Gezhouba Power Station, up 11.12% YOY, and 10.21 bln kWh comes from the Three Gorges Power Station, based upon an equity share agreement regarding power generation with its parent China Three Gorges Project Corporation.

The power contributed by the Three Gorges Power Station to the company decreased by 7.01% YOY and Three Gorges Power Station generated a total of 27.75 bln kWh in the first half of 2008.
