Trading of Shares to Resume on 16 July

The company has announced that on 16 July 2008 trading in its shares will resume following a share reform. The company's ticker symbol will be changed from 'S Hua Li' to 'Huali Family'. The Shanghai Securities Exchange has approved to remove the special treatment of its stock trading as of 14 July 2008 and to change its ticker symbol from 'SST Xinzhi' to 'S Huali'.
