Further Rectification of Corporate Governance Approved

At the 8th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, held on 16 Jul 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the Report on Further Rectification of Corporate Governance
2. a self-inspection report on the possible misappropriation of funds by major shareholders and related parties
3. to revise the Management Rules for Information Disclosure
4. to prevent the possible misappropriation of funds by major shareholders
