Management Rules on Related-party Transactions

In order to strengthen the governance of related-party transactions of the company and its related parties, to guarantee that the transactions are conducted in a legal, fair and proper manner, the company has formulated rules in compliance with the Company Law of the PRC, the Securities Law of the PRC, the Articles of Association of the company and other relevant laws and regulations.
