On 15 Jul 2008 the World Brand Lab, a prominent value assessment group, unveiled the World Top 500 Most Valuable Brands. As the sole domestic infrastructure construction company to be listed in the Top 500 list, the company has climbed 65 notches to stand at 341. It ranks sixteenth among Chinese enterprises that were listed in the Top 500 list, fourth within the industry and first in the domestic engineering construction industry.

The company states that its business has performed well in 1H 2008. From January to May 2008, it had signed contracts worth RMB 111.4 bln within the infrastructure sector, up 76.2% YOY. Concurrently, as raw materials for the infrastructure constructions are provided by its customers, the company's gross profit margin will not be affected by the soaring price of raw materials.
