Sponsor Representatives Replaced

According to a notice received on 14 Jul 2008 from Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., a sponsoring institute of the company, Zhang Bin and Niu Guofeng will replace Mo Bin and Liu Yu as company sponsor representatives for the supervision and oversight of issues related to convertible bonds with detachable warrants.
