Loans and Guarantees Provided

At the 1st 2008 Special General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 15 Jul 2008, a proposal was examined and approved that Zhejiang Furun Dyeing and Printing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, will provide loans and guarantees for Zhejiang Minghe Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhejiang Furun.
