The company has announced that it had received a notice from Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. stating that between 8 and 14 July 2008, Haitong Securities sold a 5% stake in the company at the price of between RMB 11.05 and RMB 12.02 per share. Following the transaction, Haitong Securities still holds 74.84 mln shares of the company, equal to a 21.63% stake.

Jilin Sino-Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (600360) has announced that it had received a notice from Beijing Everbright Huijin Investment Co., Ltd., its third-largest shareholder, stating that Beijing Everbright has sold 10.5 mln shares of the company, equal to a 2.01% stake. Following the transaction, Beijing Everbright still holds 4.16 mln shares of Jilin Sino-Microelectronics, equal to a 0.8% stake.
