Management Holding Rules Revised

In order to improve the holding and changes in holding of the company shares by senior management and to further clarify management procedures, the company has formulated the Management Rules for the Holding and Changes in Holding of Company Shares by Directors, Supervisors and Senior Managers in compliance with the Company Law of the PRC and the Articles of Associations of the company as well as relevant rules and polices of the company.
