Articles of Association to be Revised

At the 9th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 11 Jul 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to revise the Articles of Association of the company
2. the rules for the management of holding and changes in holdings of company shares by directors, supervisors and senior managers
3. to hold the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 Jul 2008

Proposal 1 must be submitted to a general meeting of shareholders for further examination.
