Chongqing Road Bridge to enter the real estate business

The board directors of Chongqing Road Bridge has decided to enter the real estate business by purchasing 100% of Chongqing Tianjiangkunchen Real Estate Co., Ltd, and ownership of a real estate project of some 561 Chinese acres. The purchase price is 0.5497 Bln RMB and is subject to a reorganisation of the real estate company that is yet to be approved by shareholders. Tianjiangkunchen will thereafter be debt free with the only asset, the 561 Chinese acres of land.
