The company signed an agreement of Joint Acquisition with Chongqing Yufu Assets Management Co., Ltd. to purchase 55% ownership of Chongqing Yupei Highway Co.,Ltd from Chongqing International Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. The consideration is 1.1 Bln RMB for 55 Mln shares. A Security Agreement with Agricultural Bank of China Chongqing Branch to provide a reciprocal guarantee to Agricultural Bank of China was also executed by the company.
