Freeze on 86.42 Mln Restricted Shares Maintained

According to a judicial notice from the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shanghai branch, the freeze on 86,424,450 restricted shares in the company currently held by Guangsha Construction Group Co., LTD, the company’s second-largest shareholder, will be maintained, effective 25 Jul 2008 to 24 Jul 2010.
