16 Mln Restricted Shares Released

16 mln restricted shares in the company, pledged by Phenix Optical Holding Co., Ltd., the company's largest shareholder, to Bank of China, Shangrao Fenghuang sub-branch, have been released early. Relevant procedures related to the release have been completed through China Securities Depositary and Clearing Limited, Shanghai branch, on 3 Jul 2008.

As of the date of this announcement, Phenix Holding has pledged a total of 20.4 mln restricted shares of the company, equal to a 8.59% stake.
