Freeze Maintained on 30 Mln Shares

Due to a dispute over an asset transfer contract, 30,200,000 shares of the company, equal to a 8.39% stake, currently held by Hubei Mailyard Group Co. Ltd, the largest shareholder of the company with 90,882,393 shares, equal to a 25.25% stake, will continue to be frozen from 4 Jul 2008 to 3 Jul 2010, in accordance with the civil ruling issued by the Huangshi Intermediate People's Court.
