Declarations of Independent Director Candidates

Xu Jingchang, Qin Qinghua and Zheng Jiayun, all candidates for independent directorships, have declared that they have no interests related to the company that would conflict with their independence during their term of office.

In addition, none has accepted an independent directorship with more than five listed concerns, including the company. They have confirmed their full awareness of the responsibilities of independent directors, that the aforementioned declarations are true, complete and accurate, and that they will assume responsibility for any false statements.
