At the 2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 27 Jun 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2007 Profit Distribution Scheme
The company does not plan to distribute profit for 2007.
2. the 2007 Annual Report and its Abstract
3. daily related-party transactions for 2008
4. to submit applications to an appropriate financial institution for loans and a line of credit
5. to adjust certain items and amounts in the 2007 Initial Balance Sheet
6. a proposal related to the general elections of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors
7. to retain corporate auditors
