At the 1st Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors, both held on 27 Jun 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to elect He Xiangming as Chairman of the 6th Board of Directors and to appoint him as General Manager of the company
2. to appoint Jin Duo as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Executive Deputy General Manager
3. to elect Ren Zhenhui as Chairman of the 6th Board of Supervisors
