At the 1st Meeting of the 7th Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors, held on 26 Jun 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to elect Zhao Bingdi as Chairman of the 7th Board of Directors
2. to appoint Liu Huiyang as General Manager and Chen Dan as Deputy General Manager, Financial Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors
3. to elect Li Yan as Convenor of the Board of Supervisors
