Working Rules for General Manager (Revised for 2008)

In accordance with the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Articles of Association of the company, the company has formulated Working Rules for the general manager of the company. These rules determine the rights and obligations of the general manager, including those related to operational decision making, corporate planning and the supervision of the implementation of board resolutions, as well as hiring, dismissals, rewards, penalties and appraisals of middle management.
