At the 1st Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders, held on 27 Jun 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to revise the Articles of Association
2. to elect He Xiangming, Feng Chenggui, Jin Duo, Huang Zhihe, Li Song, Lin Zuxi, Liang Jinqi, Liang Hong, Liang Runjiu as Directors; and Liang Jinqi, Liang Hong, Liang Runjiu as Independent Directors on the 6th Board of Directors
3. to elect Ren Zhenhui and He Fuxin as Supervisors on the 6th Board of Supervisors
