Management Rules for Investment, Guarantee and Credit Formulated

In order to standardize the investment, guarantee and credit of the company, avoid and reduce risks related to decision making, safeguard the legitimate interests of the company and its shareholders, the company has formulated management rules for investment, guarantee and credit, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations as well as the Articles of Association of the company.

The rules will become effective following discussion and approval by a general meeting of shareholders.
