Guangdong Rieys Company Ltd announced significant decrease in net profits for the 9 months of 2007 which included a deficit of 4 Mln RMB in the 3rd Qtr. This was the result of delays in commissioning of the pulp plant held in subsidiary, the Puning Rieys Papermaking Co., Ltd.
