Following an issuance of a stock dividend from the company's capital reserve for 2007 and the expiry of the lock-up of restricted shares held by Thomson Investments Group Co., Ltd., the company's total equity and equity structure have changed. Accordingly, the company will revise Article 19 of its Articles of Association as follows:

The original version:
The amount of total issued shares of the company is 601,986,352, of which 601,986,352 are common shares, 280,248,380 are A-shares and 202,837,902 are B-shares.

The revised version:
The amount of total issued shares of the company is 1,203,972,704, of which 1,203,972,704 are common shares, 798,296,900 are A-shares and 405,675,804 are B-shares.

The revision must be submitted to the 1st 2008 Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders for examination and approval.
