At the 11th Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, held on 24 Jun 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to apply for a two-year RMB 3.5 bln line of credit with Bank of China Limited by pledging receivable bank acceptances totaling RMB 1.2 bln (of which RMB 1 bln will be provided by the company and RMB 200 mln will be provided by Shenzhen Konka Telecommunications Technology Co. Ltd), and by pledging certain housing properties of Dongguan Konka Electronic Co. Ltd, valued at approximately RMB 180 mln
The line of credit will be also available for Shenzhen Konka Telecommunications Technology.
2. to revise the Articles of Association
3. to hold the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in the 1/F conference room at company headquarters on 11 Jul 2008 at 9:30 am

Proposals 1 and 2 must be submitted to a general meeting of shareholders for examination and approval.
