At the 2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held, on 24 Jun 2008 at 11:00 am, in the conference room of the company on the 4th floor of the Golden Beach Club building, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2007 Working Report of the Board of Directors
2. the 2007 Working Report of the Board of Supervisors
3. the 2007 Profit Distribution Scheme
4. to continue to retain the company’s auditor for 2008
5. to establish special committees of the board of directors and to formulate the Rules of Procedure for Special Committees
6. a working statement of independent directors
