5.4 Mln Restricted Shares Transferred by Shareholder

On 18 Jun 2008, Tongling Jingda Copper Material (Group) Co., Ltd., the company's second largest shareholder, signed an equity transfer agreement with Shenzhen Xiangsheng Information Consultation Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinda Group, according to which, Jinda Group would transfer its 5.4 mln restricted shares of the company, equal to a 1.834% stake, to Shenzhen Xiangsheng.

Following the transfer, Jinda Group still holds 53,794,800 shares of the company, equal to an 18.27% stake, including 30,466,800 restricted shares and 23,328,000 tradeable shares.
