Xiantao Municipal People's Government, the actual controller of Hubei Maiya Co., Ltd., proposed to transfer 1.30218 million (5.36%) of Hubei Maiya to the state-owned asset management companies of Xiantao Economic and Trade Commission without compensation.

The transfer is yet to be approved by the State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC).
